Crafty Gals Corner Challenge #8: Fancy Folds

HELLO FRIENDS!

Today is Friday, which means I'm providing you with a mid-week inspiration!

So there's a great challenge going on over at Crafty Gals Corner! We have a challenge that begins every  WEDNESDAY! More often then not there are MULTIPLE SPONSORS PER WEEK! So there's plenty of chances to win!

This week's challenge at Crafty Gals Corner is Fancy Folds!!!! :)
All you have to do is make a project that has some fancy folds - like a box, card, or some other project.

For this challenge we have TWO wonderful sponsors:

Prize: $12 Gift Certificate

AND

Prize: 2 Digital Images/3 Images if you use an image from TSB

I made two cards this week. One featuring each sponsor!

This one is Umbrella Love - Sami Stamps. For my Fancy Fold I chose to do an Easel Card. These are so much fun, I really need to do more of these!

This was such a fun card to make! I paper pieced the umbrella to match with the rest of the purple cardstock I used. I hand cut my own little clouds and used the Dew Drop Inks to daub around it to create a sky.

Supplies used to make this card:
Purple, Green, & Blue  Cardstock - Stash
Heavenly White 80# Cardstock - Paper Temptress
* I do all my coloring on this!!*
Rhinestones - Stash
Rhinestone Swirl - Recollections
Heart Punch - Studio G
Sentiment - Computer Generated
Spectrum Noir Markers

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Since this is a Fancy Fold Challenge I decided I was going to make a type of a card that I've never made before! A Joy Fold! These are soo cute!

Supplies used to make this card:
Pink, Chevron, White Cardstock - Stash
Heavenly White 80# Cardstock - Paper Temptress
* I do all my coloring on this!!*
