Hello crafty friends!
I promise that eventually I will get to post more projects than just the weekly design team ones! Since I have had my little girl she sure does keep me busy, so for now my one project a week get squeezed in during her 2.5 naps. Hehe.
Anyways, it's Saturday so it's time for another challenge over at Hiding in my Craftroom! This weeks challenge is wedding theme!
The sponsor this week is:
The giveaway is a $20 gift certificate to The Paper Shelter!
Here is what I came up with using their image titled "Happy Couple". This image was pre-colored.
For this card, I decided to go with soft colors in shades of pink.
The image is cut with the Fleur de Lis Spellbinder Squares.
The butterflies were punched with the Martha Stewart butterfly punch.
The sentiment is from a Gina K. Stamp set titled "Always and Forever".
I hope you all like it! I actually have a friend who is getting married in August, so I kind of made this with her in mind. :)
If you need some inspiration for
this challenge head on over to Hiding in My Craftroom
to check out what the other team members came up with as well! Now it's
your turn! Join in the fun and don't forget to link your project to HIMCR #155: Wedding!
I love the die and the colors you used, I too went for the precolored image. Great job Sammy!
